The Fizik Vento Argo R1 Saddle is a short nose performance racing saddle, offering improved stability, aggression, and aerodynamic support. A central cutout both knocks some weight off the saddle and avoids putting unnecessary pressure on soft tissue. This was accomplished thanks to a team of medical experts who helped Fizik conduct a pressure analysis along the entire seat. The padding is made with Fiziks proprietary Type 1 Foam which is very comfortable for long rides. It remains firm, reactive, and springy for instantaneous response and power. The front of the seat also features a dropped nose which adds support while leaning forward in the aero position.
